D. Notices of infrigement and takedown by Fortitech

Fortitech may also make improvements and/or changes in the solutions and/or the services described on the Fortitech Web Sites at any time without notice. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of a dually-executed agreement between Fortitech and User, the terms of the dually-executed agreement between Fortitech and User shall have precedence.
